Nursery Head

I have worked in childcare for over 17 years and remain deeply passionate about supporting children during the most important stage of their development. Outside the nursery I enjoy running and tennis, and I bring that same energy and positivity into the environment we create for the children each day.

Head of Operations

I help support the day to day operations and administration that keep the nursery running smoothly. I am a qualified childminder with an HBCA and am currently completing my Level 3 in Childcare. I also enjoy getting involved with activities at the nursery and will be helping with the children’s tennis sessions.

Deputy Manager

Over a decade of experience in North London’s "Outstanding" nurseries, progressing from practitioner to Deputy Manager. I am a dedicated, child-centred leader committed to nurturing individual curiosity and growth. I focus on creating engaging environments where every child’s unique needs are met, ensuring they have the best start to their education.

Nursey Practitioner

I have worked alongside Mani for many years, from childminding to helping build the nursery we have today. With a background in Psychology and ongoing study in child psychotherapy, I am passionate about supporting children’s emotional wellbeing and development. I am currently completing a Level 3 Childcare qualification and enjoy spending time in nature, reading, baking, and playing the piano and violin.

SENCO

I have worked in childcare for over eight years and as the nursery’s Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO), I am committed to creating an inclusive environment where every child can thrive and feel supported. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family, practising yoga and meditation, reading, and caring for pets; especially cats.

I have been working with children for over ten years and enjoy supporting their health, wellbeing, and development as they grow in confidence and independence. I take great satisfaction in helping children learn new skills every day. In my free time I enjoy reading, travelling, music, nature, and spending time with friends and family.

Deputy Room Leader

I hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Child Development. I am passionate about supporting children in their earliest years and helping them build strong, secure foundations. I enjoy singing, sensory play, messy play, and reading stories, and love celebrating the small milestones and discoveries children make each day.

I am a qualified early years practitioner with over 15 years of experience in childcare. I hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Development as well as a Montessori diploma, and I am passionate about supporting children’s growth during their earliest years. In my free time I enjoy cooking, baking, and spending time with friends.

I am a caring and dedicated childcare professional with over 10 years of experience working with children. I am passionate about supporting children’s development and creating a safe, nurturing, and positive environment where they can learn and grow.

Curriculum Lead

I have worked in early years education for over 23 years across a range of private and community settings in Barnet and Haringey. I recently completed an MA in Early Education with the University of Hertfordshire and the Pen Green Early Years Research Base. My interests include infant mental health and supporting families to help children achieve the best possible start in life.

Nursey Practitioner

I have worked in nurseries for over six years and have also supported children in Reception classes. I enjoy getting to know each child as an individual and encouraging their curiosity through hands on exploration. I have a particular passion for reading with children, outdoor learning, sports, and creative activities like junk modelling.

Baby Room Leader

Level 3 qualified Baby Room Leader with nearly five years of experience. I specialize in creating warm, secure environments and leading teams to provide exceptional daily care. I am committed to building strong family relationships and ensuring every child reaches their full potential through engaging, supportive practice.

Nursery Chef

I am an international chef with over 10 years of experience. Originally from Trinidad, I enjoy bringing a variety of flavours and influences into my cooking while preparing nutritious, well balanced meals. I am passionate about creating food that supports health and wellbeing.

Assistant Chef

I am a chef working in a professional kitchen and have completed a Level 2 qualification in Professional Cookery. I enjoy preparing nutritious meals and take pride in developing my skills in food preparation and kitchen teamwork as I continue to grow in my culinary career.
